This is a metric test block with various features intended to allow dimensional accuracy testing of the produced parts.
The part is 3cm x 3cm x 1cm, with 5mm, 4mm, 3mm 2.5mm, 2mm and 1mm through holes in it.
It is intended as a measure of how closely the produced item is to the 'perfect' 'imaginary' design item.
